The tenant accepts, declares and undertakes to pay the debt from the invoice date and 5% (five percent) default interest from the invoice date, without the need for any warning or notice, unless he / she pays the debt due to the elements in the lease and the lease agreement on time. Payment is made with a valid credit card at the beginning of the rental. At the beginning of the lease, temporary blockage is applied to the credit card in different amounts depending on the vehicle group. In addition, if the lessor does not take out the zero liability insurance, he / she will be responsible twice for the provision amount specified in the vehicle group and the credit card will be blocked for twice the specified amount. 15 days after vehicle delivery, the blockage on the credit card is canceled. If the tenant so requests, the following additional insurances, which expand the insurance coverage, can be purchased; -Zero Liability insurance ensures that the Lessor is exempt from the tenant damage liability in varying amounts depending on the vehicle group in case of accident and damage. It provides coverage as long as there is an accident report. Tire, glass and headlight damages caused by users other than collisions are not covered by this coverage. - Mini Damage Insurance covers material damages (excluding tire, glass, headlight damages) with a written declaration of the customer, up to the determined price depending on the vehicle group. It covers without the need for a report. The customer is responsible for the total damage cost for damages that exceed the amount determined by the mini damage insurance. - The responsibility for the cost of damage to tires, glass and headlights that are not covered by the standard automobile insurance on the vehicle is covered by tire, glass and headlight insurance. - Voluntary liability insurance, in addition to compulsory liability insurance, provides assurance against third parties for a maximum of TL 250,000. - Personal accident insurance covers the driver and the passengers in the vehicle within the insurance limits.

Our prices include car rental fee and exempt car rental insurance. In case the accident reports are complete; A certain amount of value loss is reflected to the user according to the accident defect rates. In case of missing reports, the report is deemed to be completely invalid and a paid repair is made. Accident reports are complete and if the user does not have any fault at the rate of defects, the damaged area of ​​the vehicle is covered by insurance and insurance. The vehicle price includes VAT and exempt insurance with varying damage liability depending on the vehicle group. If the lessor wants to be exempt from this liability, he can buy zero liability insurance. In cases where it is not received, it is responsible for the payment of damage up to this amount, even if it provides an accident or police report. The amount above this amount is not under the responsibility of the accident or police report provided. The exemption insurance does not cover tire, glass, headlight damages caused by the user, which occur outside the collision, and tire, glass, headlight insurance must be purchased to remove the liability here. In addition, if the lessor does not take out the zero liability insurance, he / she will be responsible twice for the provision amount specified in the vehicle group and the credit card will be blocked for twice the specified amount.

Additional rental day amount, fuel shortage, damage, traffic fines, HGS-OGS are not included 20% (twenty percent) of each penalty amount plus VAT will be charged in the transactions to be carried out regarding traffic fines, with a service fee of up to a maximum of 100 TL. The rental is at least 1 day (24 hours). For shorter rentals, daily price is applied. In case of delay, 1/3 of the applied fee is charged for each additional hour, and if the delay exceeds 3 hours, full-time fee is collected. The tenant will return and deliver the vehicle on the day agreed. For all extensions, YES will apply to OTO and get its approval. In the extensions made without approval, it is accepted by the parties that the tenant holds the vehicle in seven languages ​​illegally.

In case of damage or malfunction in the rented vehicle, the tenant is responsible for delivering the vehicle to the authorized service in a safe and non-damaging manner. At the stage of delivering the vehicle to the service, if the support is not received from the Alamo offices or the Alamo Road Assistance call center, the tower's cost will be paid by the tenant.

Cancellation and refund policies If you add assurance package to your reservation from additional services, you will be not charged and get full refund, except the amount of package, when you cancel until pick up time.
