Rental Agreement

1.The vehicle price includes VAT and exemption insurance, which is a liability for damage in varying amounts depending on the vehicle group. If the lessor wants to be exempt from this responsibility, he can buy zero liability insurance. In cases where it is not received, it is responsible for the damage payment up to this amount even if it provides an accident or police report. The remainder of this amount shall not be liable if the accident or police report is provided. Non-collision, user-induced tire, windshield, headlamp damage is not included in the vehicle price and does not cover the exemption of the vehicle, where the tire, glass, headlight insurance must be purchased to remove the responsibility. In addition, if the lessor does not receive the zero liability insurance, the charge amount is 2 times more than the amount specified in the vehicle group and the credit card is blocked twice the amount specified.

2. The tenant must comply with the regulations of the highways and the applicable laws. The tenant is liable for expenses (punishment, vehicle connection, towing, etc.) in case of criminal proceedings due to the use of vehicles contrary to the laws and regulations.

3. The tenant is liable for the criminal proceedings and for the penalties (traffic ticket, costs incurred as a result of the connection and withdrawal of the vehicle subject to the leasing vehicle and other related expenses) as a result of the accidents caused by the violation of the road traffic rules.

4. Rental is at least 1 day (24 hours). The daily price is applied for short term rentals. If the rental day exceeds 24 hours, the full day fee will be charged. No additional clock option.

5. At the beginning of the rental, vehicle users are required to present driver's licenses and credit cards available. Double credit cards are required in the upper group.

6. Payments and authorization are made from a physical or virtual pos system with a valid credit card (Visa, Master, Amex) at the beginning of the rental. The credit card used must be open to the mail order collection system.

7. Cancellation / return and change terms;

If you notify us of your cancellation request on the date of booking, all the amount you paid will be refunded to your card. Our refund application for other cancellation requests is as follows;

- Less than 24 hours to the reception time of your rental fee can not be refunded.

- If your rental has more than 24 hours of purchase time, 2-day rental fee will be refunded after deduction.

8. At the beginning of the rental, the temporary blockage process is applied in the amounts varying from the tenant's credit card depending on the vehicle group. The amounts to be blocked are stated in the provisioning fees section in the table above. If the rental period is more than 1 month, the blocked amount is as much as the monthly rental fee. The tenant, over the blockage, additional rent day amounts, lack of fuel, damage, traffic fines, etc. accepts in advance that it will not object to the collection of the costs related to the lease. For transactions related to traffic fines, the service fee for each transaction shall be charged up to a maximum of 100 TL, 20% (twenty percent) of the penalty amount + VAT. In vehicles, HGS (Fast Transition System) tenant will return to the office of the return with the addition of 18% service charge upon the return of the lease. The tenants using the OGS (Automatic Pass System) are liable to pay the leakage costs.

9. If required by the tenant, the price determined for the relevant date and the sales of the Mini Damage Insurance are also performed. Mini Damage Insurance covers the customer damages (excluding tire, glass, headlamp damage) without the need for a police report.

10. IAt the beginning of the rental period, a deposit of varying amounts, depending on the vehicle group, is collected from the renter's credit card as security. The collected deposit is refunded to the same card within an average of 3-7 business days (depending on the interbank processing time) after all additional expenses are collected upon return of the vehicle to the return office. If the rental period is longer than one month, the hold amount is equal to the monthly rental fee. The renter agrees in advance that they will not object to the collection of rental-related fees such as additional rental days, fuel shortages, damage, traffic fines, extra cleaning fees, etc. from the deposit. For traffic fines, a service fee of 20% (twenty percent) of each fine plus VAT will be charged, up to a maximum of 100 TL. Vehicles are equipped with HGS (Fast Pass System), and the renter must make the payment to the relevant office upon return, with a 15% service fee added to the total toll. Tenants using OGS (Automatic Toll System) are obliged to pay illegal toll fees

11. The tenant shall return and deliver to the Alamo office in the city where the vehicle is rented or in the place where the vehicle is rented, at the beginning of the day, at the time of the day and at the request of the lessor.

12.The tenant is liable to pay the following on the request of the lessor;
