The customer is responsible for the total damage cost for damages that exceed the amount determined by the mini damage insurance. - The responsibility for the cost of damage to tires, glass and headlights that are not covered by the standard automobile insurance on the vehicle is covered by tire, glass and headlight insurance. - Voluntary liability insurance, in addition to compulsory liability insurance, provides assurance against third parties for a maximum of TL 250,000. - Personal accident insurance covers the driver and the passengers in the vehicle within the insurance limits.

The rental is at least 1 day (24 hours). For shorter rentals, daily price is applied. In case of delay, 1/3 of the applied fee is charged for each additional hour, and if the delay exceeds 3 hours, full-time fee is collected. In case of damage or malfunction in the rented vehicle, the tenant is responsible for delivering the vehicle to the authorized service in a safe and non-damaging manner.
